How We Make It Happen

Tell us when you’re expecting

You don’t need to know exactly when the baby will arrive. Simply give us your estimated due date so we can pencil you into our calendar and start planning around your homecoming.

Select the Home After package that feels right for you, along with any extras you’d like us to take care of. Whether you’re after a simple home reset or the full homecoming experience, you can choose the level of support that suits your family.

When labour begins, let us know or have your nominated contact person update us for you. We understand that babies rarely follow a schedule, so we’ll stay flexible and do everything we can to have your selected service completed before you arrive home.

If you have a planned induction or caesarean, simply let us know in advance so we can plan around you.

Our Homecoming Guarantee: If we’re unable to complete your service before you return home, you can reschedule for a time that suits you or receive a full refund.

    The Village includes everything in the Homecoming, plus another Home After clean once you’ve had some time to settle in.

    We’ll return 7-14 days after your initial service, or at another time that works for you, to reset the home again and take a few more things off your plate.

  • You can arrange access however you're comfortable, for example, a spare key, a lockbox, or another trusted person letting us in.

  • No, we arrive with all the necessary cleaning equipment and baby-safe products.

  • This is no problem, we are in contact with the designated person leading up to your birth week and remain super flexible to give you the best chance of having the clean done.

    If we are unable to provide the clean before the baby arrives, we can arrange to have the clean carried out another day or offer a full refund.

  • Yes, when you select your package, simply fill out the form and note which areas you would like to prioritise.

    We aim to complete all tasks noted; we will communicate if this is unable to be achieved within the timeframe of your package.

  • Yes! Just make sure the designated contact on the form is able to provide updates on the expected arrival day and legally grant us access to the property.
